Great week for Clodovil with a Group 3 winner and an exciting 2yo prospect

Shining Emerald, aListed-winning juvenile when trained in Ireland by Paul Deegan, has thrived a as four year old in Germany, winning a Bremen conditions heat last time before this maiden Pattern score in the Group 3 Silberne Peitsche. He is a half-brother to three winners out of a winning Zafonic daughter of three-timer Listed winner Saafeya.

 

Another exciting two-year-old prospect is home-bred, Kept Under Wraps (Clodovil ex Chatifa), who won impressively for Richard Fahey at Nottingham for owner Mr. Jackson. Purchased from us by Amanda Skiffington at Tattersalls Yearling Sale, she looks to be one to watch as the season unfolds. She is from a lovely family – that of Homecoming Queen.
