FAST COMPANY FIRST WINNER!

15 Apr 2014

Fast by name, fast by nature! Fast Company’s first winner bore the colours of Theresa Burns. Low Cut Affair trounced the opposition in the two-year-old fillies maiden at Windsor. The David Evans trained filly was quickly away from the stalls and made all the running along the rail to score by an unchallanged three and a quarter lengths. Low Cut Affair is the fourth foal out of the Green Desert mare Sunlit Silence, who is a half-sister to the dam of high class Unaccompanied a dual G1 winner (Danehill Dancer).

Fast Company, a son of Danehill Dancer was a talented two-year-old for Brian Meehan, winning a Salisbury maiden and the G3 Acomb Stakes before finishing second in the G1 Dewhurst to New Approach, finishing ahead of Raven’s Pass and Dark Angel. He is out of the unraced Zafonic mare Sheezalady, a half sister to G1 Nassau Stakes winner Hawajiss and a daughter of Canadian Mill, who was placed in the G1 Cheveley Park Stakes, the G1 Oaks and the G1 Irish Oaks.
