Sopran Artmide a first stakes winner for Bungle Inthejungle

Charging straight to the head of affairs from the bell, Sporan Artemide was pressed by a rival to her inside through the early going. Shrugging off that challenge a quarter-mile from home, the bay bounced away to win as she pleased by open lengths, becoming the 10th winner and first black-type winner for her sire Bungle Inthejungle. Bred by Eileen Farrelly out of Ms Sasha Malia, the second dam is German highweight and GSW Ostwahl, herself a half-sister to the dam of group winners and Gr.1 Deutsches Derby runner-up and third place finishers Ostland and Omikton respectively. Congratulations to owner Leonardo Ciampoli and trainer LL Cavallo In Testa.
